YESA stands for Young Entrepreneurs Sales Academy
YESA builds, trains and deploys highly performing sales teams for our corporate clients to help them acquire more customers. YESA then hires and trains salespeople across the country to fill contracted direct sales positions to sell on behalf of our clients.
We currently work within the telecommunications industry so you will be selling home telecommunications services including internet, television and home phone packages.
No! YESA is real career opportunity for individuals who want to earn an income while obtaining a sales and business education. When you join our team you are then placed in a sales position, selling a product/service for an organization that YESA has partnered with.
YESA currently has locations across Ontario; Burlington, Peterborough, Windsor, Chatham, Northbay and Belleville so you would be working in one of these areas to begin with.
We are always looking for strong leaders and managers to join our team and help us create a new generation of entrepreneurs.
How much you make is determined on how much you work on yourself and your skills. Earnings range from $4,500 - $15,000+ per month as a sales rep and even more as you move up into senior sales and management positions. The amount you make is truly up to you -- the more you sell, the more you make. You will be paid a combination of daily base pay, commissions and various bonuses.
It does not cost anything to apply with YESA. You simply complete the application and interview process and if selected you join our organization and begin your career and education.
You will be learning a large variety of material as you begin and progress your way through the various positions within YESA. A few such topics include selling basics, understanding the buyer, negotiating and closing, public speaking, professional attire, self-promotion and marketing, leadership and management and many more.
To start your career with YESA you will first join us as an independent contractor.
